My body

Especially in the last year, I learned a lot about me and my body. What is good, what brings me energy and

what draws it. I learned how to move and activate my body in a way that feels good to me. In a way that suits me and I learned that it is fun to take care about it - it brings joy. I am forever grateful for my body and how

it works for me every day, so I can live the life I want to live. 

This is your reminder to treat yourself the way you deserve it, to take care about yourself. Your body is a

gift. A healthy body is a gift. Never take this gift for granted. Be grateful for it. Also because it directly affects your mental health as well. If you feel comfortable in your body, you will feel more comfortable with

yourself.
